How did Deion Sanders’ football/baseball season schedule work out?
Jay™ asked:
I mean, he played baseball and football at the same time, but the end of the baseball season overlaps into the first few weeks of the football season.

How did his schedule work out during those few weeks? Did he end up practicing with his baseball team or his football team? If he had a game on Sunday for both teams, which game did he go to?

He didn’t play both sports simultaneously. His baseball contract forbade him from doing that. He would play baseball until baseball season ended (or until his team was eliminated from postseason contention), then join his NFL team. Most of the 90s he only played between 9 and 14 football games a year.
1992- 13 games.
1993- 11 games.
1994- 14 games (the players’ strike eliminated the 1994 baseball postseason, allowing Sanders to rejoin his team a bit earlier).
1995- 9 games.
1996- 16 games (Sanders didn’t play baseball in ‘96).
1997- 13 games (Sanders signed with the Cincinnati Reds and played with them this year).
